We’re only 4 weeks away from the event, aaaaaah!!!

As we get closer to the next Jaeger event, we need to make sure everyone is fully squared away. Three key deadlines are coming up in two weeks, and we’re asking everyone to take a moment and make sure everything’s completed 😊

Returning Character Forms

If you’re bringing back a returning character, please complete the character gen Google form linked in your email and above. If we don’t have a complete record by the deadline, we will automatically bank your credit for future use.

Player Ticket Sales Closing

Player ticket sales will close on Friday 3rd April. If you or someone you know hasn’t secured their ticket yet, now is the time!!

There are a couple of tickets where individuals have booked but not paid, so make sure to check your ticket to see if you need to do so if you’re still coming!

Catering Tickets

If you’d like a meal ticket for the weekend, please make sure you’ve purchased your catering ticket by the same deadline.

Crew Bookings

Crew bookings remain open right up until the week of the event. However, please be aware that catering numbers are locked to 3rd April deadline, so we cannot guarantee catering for anyone signing up after that point. Additionally, we cannot guarantee a bunk for late crew sign ups as we’ll be starting to assign remaining bunks to players with accessibility requests as soon as bookings close.
