E2 “Roads Less Travelled” Tickets Now Live!

Returning E1 players and crew can now purchase tickets to next year’s event – “Roads Less Travelled” over on LRPTickets!

From our previous post, here are some key things to be aware of:

➤ Players from Event 1 have priority on tickets. This window will be open from Saturday 6th September to Friday 31st October.

➤ All other players can book from Saturday 1st November.

➤ Non-returning players who attempt to book tickets in the initial reserved period will have tickets cancelled and refunded.

➤ With the above in mind, we have increased ticket numbers for this event. This means that even if all players who attended E1 buy a ticket, there will still be tickets remaining. Therefore, please don’t feel as if you have to rush in on the word go!

➤ If you are buying tickets on behalf of other players. Please ensure to go to “My Account”, “Event Bookings” and then select “Gift this booking to another user” on the extra tickets. This helps us a lot with back end admin and tracking player details and characters.

➤ If you are buying a ticket as a pre-existing E1 player for someone new, please wait for the exclusive period to end before buying their ticket.

➤ If in the event of a sell out, you can still register a booking and be added to the waiting list.

LRPTickets Info

Whilst JonJim tinkers away on LRPTickets to make the experience smoother, it’s important to note some known issues with the site:

➤ PayPal Errors “CANNOT_BE_ZERO_OR_NEGATIVE” and “Sorry, your transaction could not be processed” – Sometimes the site and PayPal take a few minutes to talk to each other before the payment actually goes through. You can check if it’s processed by going to your Event Bookings page (My Account > Event Bookings) and see if it is listed as paid (a big green check mark).

DO NOT try to buy another ticket until you can confirm the previous definitely did not go through by the Event Bookings page – give it at least 5 minutes, checking your bank/paypal account will also verify. You can also cancel any unprocessed tickets from this page.

➤ Crew Bookings – We’ve separated crew bookings into Non-Com and Combatant as it helps us plan for encounters, but ultimately does the same thing. If you are low com, please consider the more likely option for your role, we know first hand that it can change – and at the event things can be switched up, so please don’t view it too deeply!

As before, it will ask you to fill out some required character details when you book, add any old guff in there and focus on the OC bits. We’re hoping character options will be a toggle for crew tickets in future to make this easier for you.

As always, if you experience any difficulty booking please use our CONTACT FORM or EMAIL rather than sending messages over Discord or Facebook. It allows us to work through issues much faster and more efficiently.
