The first event took place in 1751. Subsequent main events will follow on sequentially (OC Note: 2025 = 1751, 2026 = 1752, etc).
All nations in Aynca subscribe to the same calendar.
The outer ring display the months of the year, beginning with Afanus. All months are 30 days long.
The middle ring displays the key festivals observed in each season:
- Auroralis – The Spring Equinox
- Clarignis – The Festival of Flame
- Solaestus – The Summer Solstice
- Tortamus – The Festival of Shared Bread
- Aestis – The Autumn Equinox
- Occasis – Summer’s End
- Festum- The Winter Solstice and Feast Day
- Inverti – The Fertility Festival
Communities who live beyond The Fayth often use these festivals as their calendar instead of the specific months.
The inner most ring shows the seasons of Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter.
